Reflections
The act of reflection opens our minds to the possibilities that are deep within us. Using time to reflect is an investment into our lives, and more importantly our futures. We open our selves to our inner voice and allow ourselves to listen to God.

About Me
- Name: Florence Haridan
- Location: Saint Augustine, Fl, Florida, United States
I am the Executive Director of Character Counts! in Jacksonville. I am also a business and life coach who is focused on helping creative teams and individuals have more productive and efficient lives. I support others to explore the development and evolution of personal character. I work with creatives of all types and love the whole of the work that I do. I have a blast watching creative people of all kinds have huge shifts in perspective that allows them to amazing levels of creative expression. Another area I love to coach is the development of or deepening of a spiritual practice. This includes bringing your beliefs to work with you as well as the creation of habits and practices that allow for connection to the divine.

I have personally learned that I am an incrediably resilent and flexible creature. That what I once held in my mind as a concrete vision of my "self" is actually a much more gentle and adapting concept than i could have ever known in my younger days.
This has ultimetly allowed me to let go of my old baggage and become a inspiration not only to me, but to those around me, and this makes for a better work environment, better relationships and better world fo all.
My only wish is that it does not take those I care for as long as it took me to realize these simple truths. I after all, was always a "hard headed" child. :)
